Dear Bev, We just wanted to say a massive thank you for everything you have done to make the exchange on 9 Woodlands happen. We first met you on our 2^nd viewing on 27^th July 2018 (Brandon had done our 1^st viewing on 20^th). We totally fell in love with both the house and the view and knew it was the house for us. Of course, at that stage, it could only be a dream as we were not in a proceedable position. And then our dream became a repeating rollercoaster of dream, reality, nightmare, dream, reality, nightmare, dream… for 59 weeks (417 days). Throughout this rollercoaster journey you have been wonderful, more than we could have ever expected, in the way you have dealt with everything that was thrown at you. We trusted you and at no point did you ever disappoint us despite all the trials and tribulations you had to endure. And now, at long last, our dream has become a reality and in just 17 days time we will be living the dream. We still have to keep pinching ourselves and saying to each other ‘we’re ACTUALLY moving!’ We look forward to collecting the keys from you on Thursday 10^th with the hugest smiles on our faces.
